about

Narelle aired 19/10/1989 on 92 FM.
Discussion is with one of my best friends, Andrew McKay.

The Dead Will Arrive (aka Too Young to Change) was aired 07/12/1989 on 92 FM. Interview is with Sin-nanna (Russell Menzies aged 16).
Something I find quite prophetic is that at the end of this track he says "Here we go with New Order" who is an inspiration for my blackwave music. Dosen't Nik sound like he's commentating a horse race?
When I introduced the band and got to Nik I made up that his name was Nik Vomit. The next day at college he was like... “Nik Vomit!”.

Some Trivia, Nik & I lost our voices for a week after a day screaming in our cabin while at School camp. ADHD? You decide...

Baalphegor originally began as Golgotha in 1988.
Sin-nanna (Russell Menzies) joined as drummer and brief vocalist in 1989 when they changed their name to Krucifior.
Another name change came in 1994 as Baalphegor. Many line-up changes occurred during this bands existence. In 1996 the band changed styles and line-up as Azimuth, a black metal band. The band ended in 1997.
